Terms and Conditions

 

Reservation and Ordering

  1. Orders must be made at least 5 working days prior to event date.
  2. Orders for festive season must be made at least 10 working days or 2 weeks prior to event date.  
  3. All orders will be subjected to availability of menus and schedule. 

 

Transportation Charge

  1. $50 transportation charge is applicable for buffet and party set delivery.
  2. An additional $10 transportation charge is applicable for delivery to CBD and Jurong Island.
  3. Additional surcharge of $120 is applicable for non-lift landing venue, walk-up appartment or venue that has difficulty to access via trolley.

 

Order Amendments

  1. Any form of amendments must be made at least 3 working days prior to the event date.
  2. All amendment subjected to management approval and availability.

 

Ordering Cancellation/Postponement

  1. For order cancellation/postponement 5 days prior to the event date, 50% of the invoiced amount will be charged accordingly.
  2. For order cancellation/postponement 3 days prior to the event date, 75% of the invoiced amount will be charged accordingly.
  3. For order cancellation/postponement 2 days prior to the event date, 100% of the invoiced amount will be charged accordingly.

 

Delivery & Collection

  1. We normally deliver between 7am to 7pm.
  2. Last collection is 10pm.
  3. For morning events that require delivery prior to 7.30am, an additional $60 surcharge is applicable.
  4. Additional surcharge is applicable for late night or next day collection.
